Reservation Policy:A $400-$600 deposit is required at the time of booking in order to reserve a property (includes a $50 processing fee).  This deposit includes your refundable damage deposit. The remaining balance for your stay must be received 60 days prior to your stay or you risk forfeiting your dates. A $100.00 Credit Card fee will be charged for cancellation of reservation when using a credit card for deposit.

Cancellation Policy:If cancelled 120 days prior to your stay you will receive all but $250 which may be applied to a future open date.  If cancelled 60 days prior to your stay you will receive all but the $350 which may be applied to a future open date.  If cancelled 30 days prior to your stay you will receive a 50% credit of the above deposit amount which may be applied to a future open date.  If cancelled less than 30 days prior to your stay you will forfeit all monies paid but you may use 50% of that amount on a future open date stay.
